Meet Emma
Founder & Exercise Physiologist
Emma, the enthusiastic and passionate Exercise Physiologist and Founder of Summit Health Collective, brings over a decade of expertise to her role. With a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Emma has been dedicated to the field since 2010, accumulating extensive experience in private practice.
Specialising in chronic disease management, musculoskeletal injuries, mental health disorders, and disabilities, Emma firmly believes in the transformative power of movement. She sees it as medicine essential for both physical and mental well-being across the aging spectrum.
Emma's joy stems from witnessing individuals take control of their health, shatter barriers, and cultivate strength and confidence in their ability to live life on their terms. Her success in working with clients is attributed to her caring and compassionate nature, coupled with a unique ability to listen without judgment. Emma meets her clients where they are, adapting her approach to suit their individual needs.
An eternal optimist, Emma firmly believes that everyone possesses the capacity to achieve their aspirations with the right support, irrespective of challenges or barriers. To her, "the sky is the limit."
