Emma's Story
Cycling is more than a sport for Emma; it's a passion deeply rooted in her love for both cycling and exercise physiology. Emma's journey began as a way to spend quality time with her husband, seeking moments free from interruptions. Little did she know, cycling would become a transformative outlet for her mental health, immersing her in a community of challenge, camaraderie, coffee, and unexpected support.
The turning point came when one of Emma's cycling mates faced an injury, limited to conventional medical options and advised to abandon cycling. Witnessing the struggle ignited a fire within Emma as an Exercise Physiologist. She was determined to ensure that no cyclist endures such frustration. There are alternatives, and the strength and resilience of the body should be acknowledged. Time off the bike isn't always the optimal solution. As a cyclist herself, Emma understands that it's more than just exercise; it's freedom, challenge, social connection, friendship, and support. Her mission is to keep you doing what you love.
